Profile Overview:

PPC (Production, Planning, Control) Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute production plans and schedules in line with customer orders, capacity, and inventory levels.
• Understand customer requirements, drawings, and specifications and translate them into effective production plans.
• Optimize utilization of

  5M (Man, Machine, Material, Money, Method)

  to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor daily production performance and take corrective actions for delays, shortages, or deviations.
• Conduct

  time & motion studies

  to improve cycle times, line balancing, and manpower efficiency.
• Support costing activities by analyzing material consumption, process losses, and production efficiency.
• Ensure proper

  identification and traceability

  of raw materials

  , WIP, and finished goods as per system and customer requirements.
• Implement and maintain planning-related quality systems including

  APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC

  .
• Coordinate and support

  internal, customer, and external audits

  , ensuring compliance and closure of observations.
• Maintain accurate production data and reports through ERP and MIS for management review.
• Manage and coordinate logistics and

  transportation for finished goods dispatch.

Job Knowledge / Skills:

1. Strong understanding of

   manufacturing processes

   and production planning concepts.
2. Knowledge of costing and productivity improvement techniques.
3. Analytical mindset with effective presentation and reporting skills.
4. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams at plant level.
5. Sound knowledge of automotive / quality system requirements.

Computer Literacy

• Proficient in

  MS Office

  applications.
• Strong working knowledge of

  MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  ERP systems

  ; good understanding of ERP accounting workflows.
