As a member of the ACG Corporate team, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and conducting tests such as MLT and Water analysis in the Micro Lab. It is crucial to ensure proper documentation and to develop and establish testing procedures. Maintaining accurate records, keeping the work space organized, and fostering a quality culture across the plant are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing a review mechanism to continuously upgrade and standardize processes. In the functional core of your role, you will be required to review customer quality complaints, which involves investigating complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and identifying Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). It is important to ensure timely closure of complaints within defined timelines and to implement CAPA effectively. Sustainability of the Quality Management System (QMS) through managing deviations, change control, Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, and incident reporting with Quality Risk Management (QRM) is a key aspect of this position. You will also be accountable for timely batch release, maintaining customer-specific certifications for the plant, and independently handling customer audits while providing support to the team during audits. Key result areas for this role include reducing customer complaints, enhancing the complaint resolution score in surveys, minimizing internal failures (in collaboration with the Plant Head), ensuring reproducibility of test results, timely completion of facility licenses and certifications, and effective replication of CAPA for customer/internal audits and Annual Product Quality Review (APQR). In terms of key interfaces, you will interact with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Technical Services, and Quality & Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance (Q&RA/QA). Externally, you will engage with customers, external agencies/vendors, and regulatory bodies like the FDA.,

With 3 to 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing production planning and management, quality assurance, process improvement, documentation and reporting, compliance with standards, supplier quality management, training and development, and problem-solving. Your expertise in the Sheet Metal fabrication line, press shop, weld shop, plating, Customer Audit, Good Quality Control, PPAP, APQP, Quality Documentation, and Team Handling will be essential in carrying out your responsibilities effectively. You will work closely with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to develop and implement production plans, quality control procedures, and process improvements. Additionally, you will be required to maintain detailed records of quality inspections, prepare quality reports, ensure compliance with industry standards, evaluate suppliers, provide training to staff, and investigate and resolve quality-related problems. a) To ensure the 5S & Safety in the respective area. b) To update the Control Plan, PFMEA or any other relevant documents as per the action plan submitted for any customer complaint or customer audit. c) To prepare the PPAP documents in case of any ECN implemented. d) To get the NCRs closed properly, raised during the audits. e) To carry out the documentation related to EMS ISO 14001 : 2015 f) To ensure that shop floor documents (Work instructions, Quality Plan etc.) are properly displayed & adhered. g) To establish the required documentation of Quality system as per Standard IATF 16949:2016. h) To give at least one suggestion in a month to optimize the use of consumables, electricity & raw material by doing VE (Value Engineering). i) You are advised to present the Monthly Performance Report to the management on the basis of above mentioned points.
