The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, coordinating projects, and ensuring efficient workflow. They will also be involved in budgeting, quality control, and client communication. Qualifications Project Management, Team Management, and Communication skills Experience in Construction and Operations Management Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities Knowledge of Budgeting and Quality Control processes Strong Leadership and Organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
