🚀 We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Personal Loans Operations

📍 Location: Mumbai

💰 CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA

Arvog Finance, a fast-growing NBFC, is looking for an Assistant Manager – Personal Loans Operations to ensure seamless credit operations, reconciliations, compliance, and partner coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate bureau reporting across all four bureaus with zero escalations.

• Manage collections reconciliation & vendor invoice accounting (B2C & B2B2C).

• Handle RBI complaints & legal notices within regulatory timelines.

• Submit weekly MIS reports on portfolio health.

• Ensure adherence to RBI Master Directions & Digital Lending Guidelines.

• Coordinate with fintech partners, LOS/LMS providers, and technology vendors.

• Lead UAT & integration testing for new partners/products.

• Maintain audit readiness and conduct compliance gap checks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance or related field.

• 4+ years’ experience in NBFC/BFSI operations (personal loans/retail lending preferred).

• Strong knowledge of RBI guidelines, bureau reporting, KYC norms, and digital lending.

• Hands-on experience in reconciliation, vendor management & complaint resolution.

• Familiarity with LOS/LMS systems and fintech/vendor coordination.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.
