About the Role
We are seeking a Backend Operations Manager
to join our Gold Loan Department. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth backend operations, accurate reporting, and driving process automation to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Resolve gold loan queries and tickets within defined timelines (TAT)
• Automate and digitize backend processes
• Maintain accurate franchisee commission and transaction records
• Provide timely audit, finance, and ad-hoc reports
• Ensure policy adherence, risk checks, and compliance
• Build backup readiness for business continuity
Requirements
• Graduate (Commerce/Business/Finance preferred)
• 5–7 years’ experience in backend operations/MIS
• Strong Excel/MIS/reporting skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
