Job Title : Assistant Manager – Payroll

Job description :

Role & responsibilities :

1) Leave and Attendance Management Generate Monthly Leave and Attendance reports and reconcile the same with employees / Line Managers before salary processing. Should be able to provide resolution to queries on leave and attendance management raised by employees / Line Managers.

2) Salary Processing Send all relevant inputs to the outsourced vendor for salary processing. The person will be responsible for processing payroll and disbursement of the salaries error free and on time. This includes preparing bank statements, coordinating with stakeholders for sign offs, etc. Experience on HRIS software is a must. Should be proficient in Excel.

3) Reimbursement Processing – Processing of Monthly reimbursements which are a part of CTC within set time line and payout as per norms.

4) Bonus payout – Make provisions for Statutory Bonus payouts as per statues and pay as per norms when due.

5) MIS – Maintain Monthly MIS reports as per formats.

6) Full & Final Settlements – Prepare, check and process F&F of employees within the set TAT.

7) Audit requirements (Payroll & Attendance) – Provide inputs during Internal and External Audit and implement feedback received from Audits.

8) Annual Appraisal / Mid Term Corrections – Present data and working for Annual Appraisal exercise and issue letters accordingly post closure of the exercise. Provide data for Mid Term Corrections and issue letters accordingly.

9) Salary Reconciliation with Trial Balance – Quarterly reconciliation of Salary with Trial Balance.

10) Actuarial Data - Provide leave data to Accounts team for actuarial valuation.

11) HR Budget – Should be able to collate and consulate Annual HR Budget and regularly update the same.

Preferred candidate profile

· Candidate should have handled the similar profile in the earlier stints of consolidating salary inputs and providing inputs to external vendor for salary processing.

· Has handled leave and attendance management for regular shifts / rosters for malls.

· Candidate should have worked on HRIS software.

· Should be confident in spoken and written communication in English.

· Minimum Education Qualification : Graduation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
