Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive - Payroll to manage and oversee our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in handling Indian payroll, US/UK payroll, statutory compliances, TDS, PF, and ESI. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees in India, the US, and the UK.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement, including salary, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Tax Management:

  • Calculate and process TDS for all employees.
  • Prepare and submit TDS returns and manage any related queries.

Provident Fund and ESI Management:

  • Manage the provident fund (PF) and employee state insurance (ESI) processes including registration, contribution calculation, and remittance.
  • Handle PF and ESI compliance and audits.

International Payroll:

  • Process payroll for US and UK employees ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and payroll service providers as required.

Audit and Reporting:

  • Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management.
  • Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously review and improve payroll processes and systems.
  • Implement best practices in payroll management to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll management with a focus on Indian payroll, US/UK payroll.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
