Assistant Manager - Partner Training

As an Assistant Manager Partner Training at our Bangalore office in the Insurance/BFSI industry, your role involves designing, delivering, and managing training programs for our partners. Your efforts will focus on improving skills and performance to drive higher engagement and increased business volumes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training strategies aligned with business objectives and market requirements. - Conduct skill-gap analysis and identify training needs for partner channels and sales teams. - Deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance awareness. - Collaborate with central L&D and product teams to design customized training modules (digital, workshops, certifications). - Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales metrics; make recommendations for improvements. - Work closely with Zonal Sales Heads, Business Strategy Leads, and Tech teams to ensure training supports business growth. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor practices, and training innovations. - Utilize technology platforms to deliver engaging and scalable training experiences. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5-7 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales/BFSI Sales with exposure to Insurance. - Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
