Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow across departments
• Support senior management in planning, executing, and monitoring business strategies
• Supervise and mentor team members to meet performance and service standards
• Analyze operational data and prepare regular performance and financial reports
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity
• Manage administrative tasks, project timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business management tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Legal right to work in Singapore (Singaporean / PR / valid work pass)
