Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, your role involves displaying good communication skills to influence and lead while delivering exceptional partner and customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing customer orders, providing pricing and delivery information, and ensuring orders are processed accurately in SAP. Your key responsibilities include: - Handling customer orders from inception to close, including order entry, confirmation, and follow-up - Generating invoice corrections, submitting corrective action requests, and processing return authorizations - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems - Collaborating effectively with internal teams and customers to deliver high levels of service - Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments - Collaborating with various teams to resolve support tickets - Providing efficient service to customers and meeting internal KPIs - Taking ownership of customer inquiries and providing resolutions or escalations - Championing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity - Using systems and tools provided by the organization effectively to advise and service customers - Troubleshooting basic technical issues and thinking creatively to solve problems - Liaising with a wide range of people, including management, partners, and customers - Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Customer Relationship Management - Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) - Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar, and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detail - Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle high-volume transactions - Exposure to shared services or multinational environments is preferred If you have a passion for customer service, great listening skills, and a results-driven attitude, this role as a Customer Support Specialist could be the perfect fit for you.,
