Role & responsibilities

1) Have to do inward daily

2) All pumps & motors that come from the daily inward have to be written in the register.

3) Whatever pump comes in for daily repair it should be written in the register

4) Quotation has to be given for whatever pump comes in repair of the customer

5) Pumps which is repaired has to be billed

6) The spares has to be checked which is required by the customer after checking whether it is spares or not

7) As soon as the bill of spare comes, all that material has to be ready to be sent

8) All the spares that come from any company have to be checked.

9) Repair quotation and Repair Bills

10) Google Sheet - Sachin Entries

11) Maintain all spare data accurately.

12) Spares inwards (day to day) / Outward plus Every quarter stock taking of spares plus responding on spare in stock availability.

13) Spare boxes should be emptied with the help of support staff within 48hrs of receiving the same & stock should be put at the right location & entries should be updated for the same.

14) Misc. work as & when allotted by the Godown Manager & the Management.

15) Couplings have to be order

16) E-way bill has to be generated

17) Take follow-ups of the payment has to be taken of the customers pumps which have gone away after repair

Requirements:-
1) Experience in customer services and coordination

2) Basic computer knowledge

3) Experience in various item handling, spare parts management etc.

4) Industrial knowledge required

5) Good communication skills

Educational Qualification:-
B.com / B.Tech/ Diploma- Mech or Electrical / Bs.c
