Assistant Manager Operation

As a Courier/Logistics professional, you will be responsible for managing the complete coordination of Export and Import Shipments. Your duties will include handling all kinds of Freight forwarding operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring proper customs clearance. You will also be expected to provide support to customers by offering guidance on shipment planning. Efficient communication will be a key aspect of your role, along with possessing knowledge of the complete customs clearance process. Your experience in handling Freight forwarding shipments and maintaining good relationships with customs authorities, airlines, and shipping lines will be crucial. Additionally, you will be involved in project planning, team building, and handling critical situations to fulfill customer requirements. Your role will also require you to possess negotiation, presentation, and other soft skills. Report writing and delivering skills will be necessary for documenting and communicating various aspects of the operations. A thorough understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Customs Clearance products is essential for this position. The ideal candidate for this role should be a graduate with fluency in English and the local language. Holding a G Card or F Card will be preferable. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics Operations, specifically in freight forwarding and customs clearance.
