Job Description

Role Overview You will be joining Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Pvt. Ltd. (Ananya) as an Assistant Manager in the MIS department. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and analyze key financial and operational reports that facilitate management decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance. Your role will involve handling data efficiently, conducting thorough analysis, and creating internal MIS dashboards and reports for RBI reporting. You will collaborate closely with partner entities, auditors, and internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity, streamline processes, and submit reports in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly MIS dashboards, analyzing portfolio performance, collections, disbursements, and delinquencies. - Develop and automate recurring MIS reports using advanced Excel tools, Power Query, or macros to enhance accuracy and efficiency. - Provide insights and conduct variance analyses for management review and decision-making. - Ensure consistency between MIS and accounting data by coordinating with finance and partner teams. - Download, map, and validate data from Finpage ERP/LMS and other partner systems. - Reconcile data accuracy across different reporting sources and maintain master data structures for reliable reporting. - Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly RBI returns according to prescribed formats and deadlines. - Support audit processes by providing timely data and conducting reconciliations. - Maintain up-to-date documentation for regulatory reviews and inspections. - Identify opportunities to streamline MIS and reporting processes through automation and data integration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and enhance reporting accuracy. - Be adaptable to take on new responsibilities and ad-hoc analyses as required by management. Qualification Required - B.Com / M.Com with a Commerce background. Experience Required - 3-6 years of experience in MIS, financial reporting, or accounting within an NBFC or financial services company. Technical Skills Required - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (preferred). - Working knowledge of Finpage ERP/LMS or other ERP/accounting systems such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle. - Strong understanding of financial statements, data structures, and reporting logic. Other Skills Required - Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, and time management. Preferred Industry Experience - NBFCs / Microfinance / Financial Services organizations, preferably with exposure to retail lending, portfolio reporting, and regulatory compliance. Behavioral Competencies - Strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. - Team-oriented mindset with effective coordination and communication skills. - Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and reporting tools.,
