Assistant Manager Merchandiser

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between buyers and the production team to ensure clear communication and adherence to buyer requirements. Your duties will include: - Coordinating with design and sampling teams to ensure timely development of samples and approvals. - Managing and monitoring orders from sampling to shipment, ensuring production schedules are followed for on-time delivery. - Tracking order status and promptly addressing any delays or quality concerns. - Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of fabric and trims. - Maintaining accurate documentation of orders, buyer communications, and approvals. In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned above, you will also be required to: - Analyze past sales trends to provide insights for improving future assortment planning. - Provide support in costing, negotiation, and vendor development as needed. - Maintain precise reports on order tracking, shipment status, and inventory levels. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
