The Role

This role is about shaping Smartworks marketing communications across audiences, platforms, and moments that matter. Its about judgment. Knowing what to say, when to say it, and how to say it so it lands.

You’ll work across strategy and execution. Helping define narratives, supporting integrated campaigns, and ensuring Smartworks’ messaging stays sharp, consistent, and credible as the business scales.

Content is a core skill here, not the end goal. The real responsibility is stewardship of the brand's voice.

What

  • You’ll contribute to Smartworks’ marketing communications strategy, translating business priorities into clear themes, campaigns, and messaging frameworks.
  • You’ll support and execute integrated marketing initiatives across brand, leadership visibility, digital platforms, and key business moments. Content, campaigns, and channels will need to work together, not in isolation.
  • You’ll own day-to-day marketing communications execution across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and the website, ensuring alignment in tone, message, and intent.
  • You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, partnerships, leadership, and design to simplify complex offerings into structured, consistent narratives.
  • You’ll play a key role in developing written assets when required. Blogs, scripts, campaign copy, leadership narratives. The expectation is quality and clarity, not volume.
  • You’ll help review and elevate all outward-facing communication, ensuring it reflects Smartworks’ positioning as an enterprise-grade, future-focused workspace platform.
  • You’ll track performance and feedback to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness over time.

What

  • 4–5 years of experience in marketing communications, brand, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Strong foundational writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across formats when required.
  • Strategic thinking and sound judgment. You understand brand nuance and audience context.
  • Experience working across teams and managing multiple priorities without losing coherence.
  • A calm, structured approach to fast-moving environments, with the confidence to take ownership of messaging decisions.
