Assistant Manager, Marketing

In this role, you will be expected to fulfill the following key responsibilities: - Act as a subject matter expert in marketing planning, implementation, and management for the region and business centers to effectively translate marketing strategy into actionable plans. - Provide necessary support for the day-to-day execution of regional and local marketing plans, including overseeing campaign management and program measurements. - Collaborate with the Marketing and Public Affairs teams to ensure seamless integration of local campaigns across various channels, aligning with strategic imperatives and incorporating relevant messaging for field-level programs. - Serve as a liaison for implementing marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies in the field, offering local advocacy and sales engagement insights. - Gather market insights and provide consultative marketing expertise to effectively reach and engage target audiences. - Stay updated on marketing tools such as CRM and marketing automation, contributing to the development of a robust regional marketing plan and communications strategy. - Oversee the development, dissemination, and upkeep of both print and electronic marketing collateral. - Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster synergies between PR, trade, and marketing activities. - Regularly assess the market landscape, comprehensively understand and report on consumer trends, media dynamics, and competitive behaviors.
