Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and events to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with global and local teams to create and localize thought leadership content, newsletters, and customer success stories relevant to the Indian legal ecosystem.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage SEO/SEM, website content, performance marketing, and social media (especially LinkedIn) to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Events & Partnerships: Support execution of webinars, conferences, and partnership programs to strengthen industry relationships.
  • Lead Nurturing & CRM: Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to segment audiences, run targeted campaigns, and track engagement metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to integrate marketing initiatives that drive market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Product Positioning & GTM: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop product positioning, messaging, communication materials, and go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, budgets, and ROI with accountability for growth and marketing efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience & Education: 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, publishing, or professional services; bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Results-Oriented & Agile: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable results within tight timelines.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficient in campaign analysis, data management, and Excel; able to interpret trends and customer insights to drive decisions and performance improvement.
  • Adaptable & Growth-Minded: Quick to learn new products, channels, and tools; able to adjust strategies in a fast-changing market to achieve optimal results.
  • Collaborative & Stakeholder-Savvy: Effective team player who works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize marketing initiatives, performance, and ROI.
