Marketing & Communications Assistant Manager / Manager - Setco Auto Systems Marketing & Communications Assistant Manager / Manager Job Description Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials. Coordinate the creation and production of promotional materials (brochures, presentations, email campaigns, etc.). Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and optimize based on results. Communications: Develop internal and external communication strategies aligned with organizational goals. Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, speeches, and other communication content. Build and maintain media relationships; manage media inquiries and interview requests. Monitor public perception of the brand and manage crisis communication when necessary. Support executive communications and messaging. Digital & Social Media: Manage company website and ensure content is up-to-date and engaging. Oversee social media platforms (content planning, creation, community management). Monitor KPIs and performance of digital campaigns. Event Marketing: Plan and promote events, product launches, webinars, or trade shows. Coordinate logistics and promotional strategies for events. Other Details Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 5 7 years of relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, HubSpot). Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with SEO/SEM and paid advertising. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Multilingual abilities (for global roles). Photography or video editing skills.
