  • Generate leads through digital marketing, partner networks, and industry events to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Manage relationships with brokers and channel partners to ensure effective collaboration and lead sourcing.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns targeted at specific segments to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Ensure timely handover of qualified leads to the sales/closing teams for further engagement and conversion.
  • Track and update lead and campaign progress accurately in CRM systems, maintaining detailed reporting for management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and risks.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across all sourcing activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all sales sourcing processes and transactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize sourcing strategies and execution.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on lead generation performance and campaign effectiveness.
