JOB DESCRIPTION :ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES The HR will support and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs. Oversee multiple aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and more. This position ensures that HR initiatives align with business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. Department: Human Resources Days- Alternate Saturday working Location: Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities Recruitment: Job Profile: Preparing formal job description and search strategy for candidate requirements while highlighting clear hard-skills, soft-skills needed for the role. Sourcing: Preparing shortlist of candidates and engaging with relevant candidate pool by leveraging all tools and sources Industry Networks, References, LinkedIn and head-hunting passive candidates Hard-skills: Comprehensive Interviews with candidates to understand their profile, career path, growth trajectory, motivators, areas of development, red flags if any. Soft-skills: Analysing the soft aspects of candidates personality and its impact on his/her professional and personal decisions Compensation design: Creating formal offer letters by understanding compensation benchmarks across CTC, Variable/Bonus and ESOPs Onboarding: Ensuring seamless onboarding and integration for hired candidates Strategic initiatives: Network: Build and maintain a talent pool of relevant professionals from NBFC / Banking in India including mapping their movement, engagement etc. Culture: Lead initiatives to create a strong team culture an ethical and fun working environment Reviews: Help structuring and execution of Objective and Key Results for the team and assist in quarterly assessment Key Skills / Requirements: -Languages: Kannada or Tamil (MUST HAVE) -Minimum 2 years of experience in NBFC or Financial Services recruitment preferred. -Post Graduate/MBA in HR preferred -Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
