Assistant Manager Maintenance

You will be responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Your role will involve troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues to minimize production downtime. It is important for you to ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage. You will also support the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and coordinate with production and other departments to address electrical requirements. Supervising contractors/vendors for outsourced maintenance work and identifying areas for energy conservation and implementing efficiency improvements will also be part of your duties. You will assist in preparing maintenance schedules, checklists, and SOPs.
