Assistant Manager Maintenance

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, your role involves performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to minimize production downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies. Keeping records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and coordinate with production and other departments to address electrical requirements. Supervising contractors/vendors for outsourced maintenance work, identifying areas for energy conservation, and implementing efficiency improvements are crucial aspects of your role. You will also assist in preparing maintenance schedules, checklists, and SOPs.
