Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate vehicle dispatch to ensure timely delivery and pickups, addressing any customer scheduling needs effectively.
Implement route optimization strategies to maximize delivery efficiency and manage costs.
Maintain precise tracking of vehicle movements and address any in-transit issues promptly.
Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and follow-ups via calls and emails.
Oversee vehicle maintenance, ensuring operational readiness and mitigating potential damages.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline operations and manage any order errors or cancellations.
Monitor team performance and provide training to support staff.

Candidate Qualifications

Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, enabling cross-functional coordination.
Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
Demonstrable flexibility for working within various shift schedules, as required.
Solid knowledge of logistics processes, complemented by proficiency in related tools and databases.
Capable of handling customer communications and resolving escalations efficiently.
Experience in coordinating with third-party business partners and drivers.
Data entry skills to maintain accurate and organized records of logistics operations.
