Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Loan Manager, located in Kolkata. The Assistant Manager - Loan Manager will be responsible for managing the loan servicing process, overseeing portfolio management, and providing excellent customer service. The role will involve evaluating loan applications, managing loan disbursements, and maintaining accurate records. The Assistant Manager will also support financial planning initiatives and collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Strong understanding of Finance principles
• Customer Service expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
