Work you ll do
As a Assistant Manager, Legal Business Service, you will play a key role in providing SME support for contract process and lifecycle consulting, contract review, obligations tracking and management, and contract management projects. . You will work closely with the project Manager and other team members to ensure contract management projects are provided efficient domain knowledge intensive support, contributing to the success of our global service center. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding business and develop your skills in contract management.

Maintain knowledge of core legal managed services (IT, managed services, outsourcing perspective) and product offerings to continue supporting contracting and risk matters in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Proactively pursue, assess, and, where appropriate, advance firm initiatives, including the areas of legal software, cloud, data analytics, operate services, and privacy and security.

Be member of solution building and RFP response teams, provide innovative, tech-enabled solutions for client RFPs and requirements; apply commercial acumen, SME and Tech skills.
