Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage key accounts, including architects, PMC, government projects, and interior designers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events. Analyze customer needs and provide solutions using product knowledge of building materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive strategic initiatives that support sales goals. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in Key Account Sales or Project Sales in the Building Material industry. B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university in Any Specialization. Strong understanding of architectural specifications for construction projects. Proven track record of success in managing high-value deals with architects, PMCs, governments, or other key stakeholders.
