This role will be part of the business development team, responsible for leading customer opportunities, developing a deep understanding of their business and technical needs, and conveying their strategies, roadmaps, and solutions to Agratas teams.
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned key accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at OEMs.
Coordinate with internal teams including Product Development, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.Provide actionable insights to influence product development and strategic planning
