Management of operation activity related to Provident fund and within established SOP of JFL.
Formulating, executing, and upholding procedures and policies to guarantee that the Organization's Provident Fund is administered in accordance with industry standards and governmental regulations.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that employee provident fund detail is created on time on RPFC portal.
Reporting and dashboarding of monthly task performed.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the enrolment of New employees under the provident fund scheme.
Ensure accurate and timely deduction of PF contribution from employee salaries.
Prepare and Submit monthly PF returns and challans to the authorities.
Any other required return other than month challan (EDLI,International worker..etc )
Facilitate employee PF withdrawal, transfer and Loan.
Address and resolve employee grievances related to PF.
Management of internal and external Audit related to PF.
Ensure required enrolment detail and workings are as per defined guidelines of RPFC.
Conduct regular internal audit to ensure compliances with statutory requirement.
Coordinating and managing audit and inspection conducted by PF authorities.
Resolve discrepancy or issues identified during audits promptly
