What this job involves:
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team
This role combines administrative management, project coordination, and technical proficiency to support organizational operations and drive success The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
Oversee daily administrative operations including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation management
Maintain organized filing systems, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Prepare reports, presentations, and executive communications while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Project Management
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through completion
Develop project timelines, coordinate resources, and track deliverables to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and deadline requirements Facilitate project meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate progress updates to stakeholders Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Technical Support
Provide technical assistance and system administration support across various platforms and applications
Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain databases, and support software implementations Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures Coordinate with IT teams to resolve complex technical challenges and support system upgrades
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
5-7 years of experience in administrative management and project coordination
Demonstrated experience with technical systems and software applications
Core Skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Asana, or similar)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with database management and CRM systems
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Experience with specific industry software relevant to our operations
Background in process improvement and workflow optimization
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and quality assurance practices
