Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager IT, located in Goa, India. The Assistant Manager IT will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth IT infrastructure functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, and overseeing IT support staff. Additional responsibilities include implementing IT policies, maintaining network security, managing software and hardware inventory, and coordinating with other departments to support their technology needs.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in network management, server maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting
• Software Skills: Experience with IDS systems, database management, and enterprise software
• Management Skills: Ability to lead IT support staff, manage projects, and implement IT policies
• Security Skills: Knowledge of cybersecurity measures and network security
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
