Job Description

• Print Media: Proving release orders to respective newspaper agencies and getting approval of their bills.
• Providing release order of classified (recruitment ad) to the newspaper representative.
• Uploading photos and videos on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, twitter and Linkdlen related to departments and maintaining the record.
• Capturing campus photographs for social media promotion.
• Arrangement of mobile phones and sim (CUG Numbers) for Invertis University s staff and Faculty.
• Coordination with a design agency for designing of social media creatives.
• Printing of New Year Merchandise (including all items) before 15th Nov every year and its documentation.
• Filling of Uniforms (student & Fourth class employees) related to documents before April every year for students and in June for employees.
• Taking Quotations from vendors and preparing comparisons and providing purchase orders to the finalized vendor of all work-related matters assigned by the authorities.
• Coordination with the Media for press release and maintain the file.
• Maintaining all files year-wise for marketing-related working Print media and uniforms.
• Maintaining daily report and report to Marcom Head.
