Job Title: Assistant Manager – Spares (Inventory Management)

Location: Mumbai

Department: Operations – Refurbishment Center

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Spares to oversee inventory management at our refurbishment center. The role involves ensuring accurate tracking, timely availability, and smooth flow of spare parts to support efficient refurbishment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day inventory of spare parts at the refurbishment center.
• Ensure timely availability of parts required for vehicle refurbishment and repair.
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and operations teams for spare part requirements.
• Monitor stock movement, control excess/obsolete inventory, and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Implement best practices in inventory management, storage, and tracking.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to support operational planning.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards within the spare parts store.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Supply Chain / Operations / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in inventory management / warehouse operations, preferably in automotive or refurbishment industry.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts management, stock control, and warehouse practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
