Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Manager - International Voice Process. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the team, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing voice operations, and ensuring effective communication over IP telephony systems. Daily tasks include monitoring team performance, conducting training sessions, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with other departments to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Team Management and Customer Service skills
• Analytical Skills to monitor team performance and handle data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in Voice over IP (VoIP) and Telephony systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Previous experience in an international voice process role is a plus
