Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Internal Audit, located in Nizamabad. The primary responsibilities include planning and conducting financial audits, evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and documenting audit findings. The Assistant Manager will also assist in identifying risks and recommending process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce potential discrepancies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting to higher management are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to identify, evaluate, and address risks and discrepancies effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles, as well as familiarity with various financial processes and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in assessing internal controls, implementing improvements, and maintaining compliance with audit guidelines.
• Experience conducting financial audits and preparing comprehensive audit reports.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Previous experience in internal auditing within a financial institution or similar industry is preferred.
