Assistant Manager - Internal Audit

Position: Assistant Manager / Senior Internal Auditor

Experience: 9 Years

Location: Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore, Karnataka

Roles and Responsibilities:

• As Senior Internal Auditor, conduct comprehensive internal audits of financial and operational processes within the manufacturing setup.
• Evaluate and enhance the organization’s internal control systems, identifying potential risks and recommending improvements.
• Review the efficiency and effectiveness of current procedures, systems, and operations.
• Design and implement audit plans, programs, and checklists aligned with business objectives and risk areas.
• Carry out root cause analysis on audit issues and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective and preventive action.
• Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
• Compile and deliver accurate, well-structured audit reports to senior management within stipulated timelines.
• Monitor and report on the status of audit findings and follow-up actions taken.
• Support the continuous improvement and strategic development of the internal audit function.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
