Role Overview: As a member of the Information Technology team at Courtyard by Marriott Nashik, your main responsibility is to support the property's technology Information Resources objectives. You will be involved in technology planning, decision-making, implementation, and maintenance while interfacing with vendors, owners, and property staff. Key Responsibilities: - Use computers and computer systems to set up functions, enter data, or process information - Monitor, verify, and manage the acquisition and maintenance of property-based systems - Assist in analyzing information, identifying problems, and proposing solutions - Maintain, inspect, and repair equipment - Verify computer and network operations are monitored, backup/recovery functions are performed, and administration functions for hardware, operating, and application systems are completed - Administer and maintain mail and email systems - Manage IT hardware/software inventories - Provide Internet and cable management support - Generate systems communications for property users and provide feedback on application and system performance - Support determining compliance with laws, regulations, and standards - Enforce IR policies and standards to protect company resources - Develop goals and plans, assess needs, and ensure compliance with brand standards - Monitor projects, report and solve problems, and perform on-site monitoring - Keep up-to-date with new technology and apply knowledge to your job - Provide technical expertise and support to property staff - Coordinate property efforts, prioritize needs, and manage vendors for IT requirements Qualifications Required: - 2-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related major with 4 years of experience, OR - 4-year bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related major with certified trainer certification and 2 years of experience Additional Details (if applicable): At Marriott International, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds and valuing the unique experiences of our associates.
