Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network services to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Provide end-user support for desktop issues, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical problems.
Oversee incident management processes to minimize downtime and restore service levels quickly.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Job Requirements :

3-8 years of experience in an IT role with expertise in SCCM (Service Configuration Management) and Intune.
Strong understanding of ITIL principles for service request management and incident escalation procedures.
Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for incident management and knowledge management.
