Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse coordination: Act as the bridge between the head office and warehouse to ensure real-time updates on stock movement, inward/outward dispatches, and order fulfillment.
Purchase order (PO) management: Raise, track, and follow up on purchase orders. Maintain PO records, vendor communication, and ensure timely procurement and inwarding of inventory.
Online marketing coordination: Support the marketing team with tasks related to product listings, campaign coordination, packaging creatives, content follow-ups, and more.
Packaging oversight: Ensure timely packaging of all online and offline orders. Coordinate with vendors or internal staff for material availability and dispatch readiness.
Task follow-up & execution: Monitor and follow up on daily tasks across departments (warehouse, creatives, vendor coordination) to ensure timely completion.
Reporting & updates: Maintain logs of daily operations and provide periodic reports to management.
