Location:

Main Responsibilities

Self-Sourcing through recruitment portals and other sources.

Fulfilling bulk hiring targets.

Ensure use of the Application Tracking System and maintain proper MIS and reporting structures for recruitment.

Ensure adherence to compensation and hiring policies.

Report to Lead -Talent Acquisition and fulfill assignments as given from time to time.

The incumbent will be performing 80% recruitment and 20% generalist support.

Your skills

Technical

4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferable in the BFSI sector.

Bulk Hiring / Call Centre Hiring experience.

Proficiency in windows, Excel, and Data / MIS / number management.

Behavioral

Negotiation Skills.

Ownership and Accountability.

Networking skills.

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders & candidates.

Required Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any stream.

Post-Graduate in HR an added.
