Assistant Manager - HRBP

You will be responsible for staying updated on employment laws and regulations and providing guidance to ensure compliance. You will assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and policies. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, consulting with line management, and providing daily HR guidance. You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and retention. Identifying manpower requirements for new/existing departments, overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system, assessing training needs, resolving complex employee relations issues, addressing grievances, providing HR policy guidance, monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning, nurturing a positive working environment, and organizing employee engagement activities and awareness programs will also be part of your role. To be successful in this role, you should have an entrepreneurial spirit, eagerness to work in a start-up environment, exposure to start-up culture, a degree in Human Resources or related field, minimum 2 years of experience as an HR manager or other HR executive role, excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, communication, and people management skills, competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, and knowledge of HR best practices.
