• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals • Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution • Drive employee engagement, retention, and attrition management • Manage performance management (goal setting, appraisals, feedback) • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements • Support workforce planning and succession planning
• 4+ years of strong HRBP experience (ITES / Healthcare / BPO preferred) • Hands-on expertise in employee relations, grievance handling, retention, and performance management • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
