Employee Life Cycle : Oversee the entire employee life cycle from hiring to exit, ensuring smooth transitions at each stage. Administration & Security Housekeeping : Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises. Transportation : Manage transportation services for employees. Guest Management : Oversee the management of guests and visitors. Security Management : Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Compliance Management Policy Development : Develop and implement compliance policies. Audits : Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to laws and regulations. Training : Educate employees on compliance requirements. Learning and Development (L&D) Training Programs : Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills. Development Plans : Create development plans for employees to support their career growth. Employee Engagement and Enablement Engagement Strategies : Develop initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement. Feedback Mechanisms : Implement systems to gather and act on employee feedback. HR Audit Compliance Checks : Ensure HR practices comply with legal standards. Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements in HR processes. Manpower Planning and Budgeting Workforce Analysis : Analyze current and future staffing needs. Budgeting : Allocate budgets for recruitment, training, and other HR activities. Contract Labour Management Recruitment and Onboarding : Overseeing the hiring and onboarding of contractors and their workers. Compliance : Ensure contract labor complies with legal requirements. Performance Monitoring : Track and evaluate the performance of contract workers.
