Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in the Global HR Shared Services Organisation, you play a crucial role in driving the transition of services and continuous improvement within Rewards Operations globally. Your main responsibilities include: - Refining and delivering operational process improvements continuously. - Supporting the implementation of HR systems and participating in global projects to develop new functionality. - Collaborating with IT and Reward COE to enable seamless design implementation and workflow management throughout the entire cycle. - Building and managing a highly capable team of experienced professionals through training, development, and effective change management. - Ensuring data integrity in systems, embedding robust quality assurance and control mechanisms into new processes to ensure compliance and exemplary data management. - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for complex issues and queries on Reward processes. In terms of People/Change Culture/Stakeholder Management, you will be responsible for: - Leading, motivating, and coaching teams to ensure high performance. - Empowering and inspiring others to deliver operational excellence and holding each team member in the project accountable for their delivery. Qualifications required for this role include: - HR qualification or related degree. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Proficiency in Success Factor and Service NOW usage. - Minimum of 7+ years of working experience in Reward Shared Services. The skills for success in this role involve: - Proven experience in HR Operations Management with a particular focus on managing Reward processes. - Experience in implementing Process Controls, audits, and standardization at a global level. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Good understanding of Excel, macro, and reporting. - Proficiency in Rewards and Benefits functional areas and HR systems (SuccessFactors & ServiceNow) is essential for this role.,
