JOB DESCRIPTION
ASSISTANT MANAGER HR OPERATIONS
1. Overseeing onboarding of new employees in HRMS, ensuring their HR files are complete.
2. Managing healers' payroll
3. Help desk management in HRMS
4. Grievance management of healers
5. Monthly newsletter coordination and implementation
6. Exit interviews and reporting
7. Control attrition by organizing employee beneficiary programs and training the outlet team members in managing the healers
8. Ensure exits happen in HRMS as per occurrence
9. Induction of healers who are onboarded through coordinators and trainers
10. Healer Star rating process
11. Mystery audit implementation coordination and feedback collection
12. HR coordinators' team productivity and correction
13. Managing accommodation requirements and ensuring adequate facilities are available
14. Feedback from New joiners
15. Feedback of training by trainers
