hands-on HR Operations role

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage complete

    HR operations

  • Oversee joining formalities, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exits
  • Ensure proper maintenance of

    employee records and statutory registers

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Coordinate payroll inputs: attendance, leave, overtime, incentives
  • Handle

    PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Factory Act compliance

  • Liaise with consultants and authorities for inspections and audits
  • Ensure timely returns, challans, and statutory filings

Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Execute annual and mid-cycle

    performance appraisal processes

  • Coordinate with HODs for goal setting, evaluations, and documentation
  • Support increment, promotion, and appraisal communication

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in coordination with department heads
  • Support induction and functional training programs
  • Maintain training records and compliance documentation

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Act as first point of contact for employee grievances
  • Handle disciplinary issues, warning letters, and counselling
  • Ensure healthy industrial relations at the plant level

HR Policies & Process Improvement

  • Implement and monitor HR policies and SOPs
  • Support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
  • Prepare MIS reports and HR dashboards for management review

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • MBA / PG in

    HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/CA

Experience

  • 9 to12 years

    of relevant HR experience
  • Mandatory exposure to

    manufacturing or automotive industry

  • Strong experience in

    HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, PMS
