Job Description

Strong subject mater expertise of Immigration for work authorisations and running day to day operations.
Ensure immigration operations are BAU and SLAs are met as per organizational standards.
Maintain strong cordial working relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Assisting international transferees with complex paperwork queries in order to obtain work authorization.
Handling stakeholders complex queries over the phone and in meetings & emails.
Advanced working knowledge on the end user ServiceNow & HR Successfactors platform. Applicable vendors tools etc.
Oversee daily follow up with the transferees and ensure overall immigration workflow closures.
Achieve advanced level of updated knowledge on immigration regulations and policies across the globe and ensure the organizations practices align with current immigration laws.
Own, maintain and upkeep the internal process documents and align with current immigration laws.
Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction in leading immigration initiatives and best Practices.
Advanced working experience in HR Reporting and Data Analytics resulting in Strategy Execution
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including review/presentation expertise.
Manage ambiguity and convert gaps/issues into opportunities for HR Services Immigration Services.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
