Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate in any stream with MBA (HR) is must
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in HRMS, Payroll, Operations, HRBP, preferably from Education sector or service Industry
  • Prior experience of working on HR Mantra software, Payroll and Recruitment Software or ERP portals is must. Good at managing back end HRMIS systems, processes etc
  • Must have dealt with Vendor, Handling and resolving Team's queries, internal and external, Coordinating with Recruitment and Operations team, manage and handle the software, modules and HRMS systems and provide support as and when needed.
  • Experienced in generating HR MIS Reports, HRIS Database Management, Presentations, good at MS Office and Google Applications, Preparing and making of reports, raise and resolve the ticket or queries
  • Problem Solving and effective communicator
  • Good in English Communication and ICT Skills
