1) HR Focus 70% of Role: Strong in core HR functions like Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
2) Recruitment & Talent Management: Experience in hiring across levels and managing talent pipelines effectively.
3) HR Process Streamlining: Proven ability to optimize and improve HR processes and systems.
4) Performance Management: Hands-on experience managing the full PMS cycle including goal setting, appraisal, and feedback mechanisms.
5) Employee Engagement: Experience in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
6) IR Exposure 30% of Role: Must have exposure to Industrial Relations with practical decision-making experience in shop floor issues, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
7) Statutory Compliance: Working knowledge of factory compliance, labor laws, and filing statutory returns.
8) Union Handling: Mandatory Must have handled at least one union in their career (e.g., negotiations, disputes, disciplinary processes).
The ideal candidate should preferably be an MSW or MBA with specialization in HR. Additional qualification of BL/LLB will be an added advantage. He / She Should have had at least 10-12 years experience in a manufacturing unit and hands on experience in HR / IR / Admin.
