Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ability to handle team members 
  • Proven experience in recruitment, selection, onboarding and Exist & Full and Final settlement processes.
  • Ability to manage employee records while ensuring compliance with Labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace culture.
  • Proficient in handling employee relations issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Training & Development
  • Skills in budget planning and management within the HR department.
  • Capable of preparing and maintaining reports related to HR metrics.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Expertise in Time Management & Payroll, particularly with ESSL & Greyt HR.
  • Strong understanding of industrial laws and statutory compliance. 

Preferred candidate profile

Language : Kannada is must (Read ,Write, Speak)
