About the Role

We are seeking a result-driven

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

Work closely with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational objectives.
Employee Engagement & Retention

– Lead engagement activities, grievance management, and retention strategies.
Performance Management

– Drive goal setting, appraisal processes, and performance improvement initiatives.
Talent & Workforce Planning

– Support manpower planning, talent management, and succession pipeline.
Learning & Development

– Identify training needs and coordinate leadership and employee development programs.
Compliance & HR Operations

– Ensure statutory compliance and effective HR policy implementation across locations.
Analytics & Reporting

– Develop HR dashboards, track workforce metrics, and present insights for decision-making.

Candidate Profile

MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
6–10 years of progressive HR experience,
Experience managing a

large workforce (500+ employees)

across

multi-location setups.
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel occasionally to Coimbatore and Cochin offices.
